Leon Benedens, Paul Seelhorst, and Christian Goldau founded Viktilabs in 2020 after experiencing negative experiences with chronic diseases and health conditions. According to the EFSA, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consume a maximum of 450 mg of EPA and DHA per day. Therefore, the dosage should be adjusted to one capsule (375 mg EPA+DHA). For children, the recommended daily dosage is 250 mg EPA. This dosage is already exceeded by one capsule of our product.

We guarantee a TOTOX value for our fish oil capsules. < 10. The TOTOX value (Total Oxidation Value) is an important indicator of the freshness and quality of oils, including fish and algae oils. It provides information about the degree of oxidation that occurs when the oil comes into contact with oxygen. When an oil oxidizes, the fatty acids are broken down, resulting in an unpleasant, rancid smell and taste. A low TOTOX value therefore indicates a fresh, high-quality oil.
