The competition runs from the beginning of the month to the end of the month. During this period, users have the opportunity to take part in the competition. Once a month, you can win a mystery box worth €100 with Viktilabs products.

Anyone who receives a request for a review after ordering from Viktilabs with a link to the review portal or who leaves a review directly in the shop can take part in the competition. Each review that includes at least one photo + review is one ticket. Reviews without a photo will not be considered for participation and therefore for the competition. Participation in the competition is free.

The winner will be contacted by email.

Natural persons who are resident within Europe and are aged 14 or over are eligible to participate.

If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of Viktilabs are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The following prize will be awarded:
A mystery box worth 100€ with products from the Viktilabs shop.

The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random drawing among all participants.

The winners of the raffle will be informed of their win promptly by email.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected in person or paid out in cash.

Viktilabs will cover any costs incurred in sending the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond after being asked twice within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information. The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides, in particular first name, last name and email address, is true and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his or her name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms.

The participant can revoke his or her consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the imprint section of Viktilabs. After revocation of the consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint section or via our contact form . The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should a provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies if there is a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
