Competition terms and conditions for a 100-euro voucher from the shop at www.viktilabs.de

1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Viktilabs ( www.viktilabs.de ), hereinafter referred to as the "organizer".

2. Eligibility
All persons residing in the European Union who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the competition
Participation in the competition is by fully completing the survey and providing a valid email address at the end of the survey. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered.

4. Participation period
The competition begins on March 7, 2025, and ends on March 17, 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

5. Profit and profit determination
A €100 voucher will be raffled off among all valid participants. The drawing will take place at random within 7 days of the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond to the notification within 5 business days to accept the prize. Otherwise, a new winner will be selected.

6. Data protection
The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy at www.viktilabs.de .

7. Miscellaneous
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time for good cause. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information (e.g. email address). The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides, in particular first name, last name and email address, is true and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent.


The participant can revoke his or her consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the imprint section of Viktilabs. After revocation of the consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint section or via our contact form . The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should a provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies if there is a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
