Yes, it can be useful to take Vitamin B Complex Forte in addition to high doses of B vitamins, as the B vitamins interact closely and support each other in their function. It is very unlikely that B vitamins can be overdosed, as they are water-soluble and the body cannot store them. Excess B vitamins are therefore immediately excreted.

Vitamin B12 is contained as methylcobalamin and folic acid as calcium L-methylfolate. Both forms are characterized by particularly high bioavailability.

There are different forms and active ingredients for all B vitamins. A distinction must be made between synthetic vitamin forms, which do not occur in nature or in our bodies and must first be converted, and the directly active, bioidentical forms, which have an immediate effect. For this B complex, we only use active, bioidentical forms, with optimal bioavailability and direct effect. The only exception is vitamin B1, the active form of which is not approved as a food supplement in Germany.
