From November 27th, 2024 to December 1st, 2024 inclusive, customers have the opportunity to automatically participate in the competition when placing an order with one of the Vikti Week discount codes. The competition ends on December 1st, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

To participate, customers must place an order using one of the Vikti Week discount codes between November 27th and December 1st, 2024. This participation is automatic and does not require a separate registration.

Natural persons aged 18 or over residing in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of Viktilabs and persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate.

The following prizes will be awarded:
3 Viktilabs packages worth at least 100€ each with products from the Viktilabs shop.

Each participant can only win one prize. The winners will be notified by email a few days after the competition has ended. After receiving this notification, the winners must respond to the email within five working days and provide a declaration of consent to accept the prize. If no response is received within this period or consent is not given, the prize will be forfeited and a new prize will be drawn. It is the responsibility of the winners
ensure that they respond to the winning notification in a timely manner. Cash payment of the winnings is not possible.

The competition ends on December 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The winners will be chosen at random after the closing date. The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation if manipulation, violations of the
Conditions of participation, unfair conduct or false information are discovered. The organizer reserves the express right to end the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information. The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides, in particular first name, last name and email address, is true and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his or her name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms.

The participant can revoke his or her consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the imprint section of Viktilabs. After revocation of the consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint section or via our contact form . The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same shall apply if there is a gap in these terms and conditions.
